Please provide name, date of birth, sex, weight and height for all travelers. If your group has more than 4 travelers, include the information for the other travelers in the comment section at the bottom of this form.

If travelers live at different addresses, submit a separate reservation form for each household.

• Cancellations and Refunds
  If you cancel your trip you must notify us in writing. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 per person for each tour cancelled. This fee is not a penalty and reflects only the cost of administering a reservation. We realize the majority of those who cancel do so out of necessity. A significant part of our expenses are committed long before departure. For all cancellations we will refund you the cost of your trips less the following per person charges:

  61 days or more $50
  60-46 days - 25% of selling price
  45-31 days - 50% of selling price
  30-0 days - 100% of selling price
  
• Cancelled Trips
  We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including inadequate sign-up which makes it economically unfeasible to operate a trip or logistical problems which may impede trip operations. Notice of at least one month prior to departure date will be given. In such cases a full refund of the trip cost will be given, but we are not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparation for the trip (e.g. medical expenses, equipment, non-refundable airline tickets, etc.) Trip insurance is highly recommended and information will be included with your confirmation package.
